Christmas came early this year as we had yet another chance to catch JES perform – this time, better than any other. JES was in Miami for a few gigs, including the one we were able to attend – White Party at Miami Seaquarium. Yes, a seaquarium. While we didn’t see JES riding a whale or swim with the dolphins, we did get to see her perform in the chilly Miami weather, under the stars. A dream come true for any dance music fan.
But of course, you’re not in Florida unless it rains. And it did. Briefly. Regardless, we were able to catch JES sing a few of her hits and she was gracious enough to invite us back to her trailer for a chat and some pictures. It’s a no brainer, when JES is town, we’ll be there. It’s always worth it! As the Music Director Dayanna Guerrero put it, “JES sings at CD quality.”
That she does!
